Its been a long time since I first drew John Muldoon for Connacht Rugby back in 2011. In the years that have passed there have been glorious highs and heartbreaking lows. John has battled through it all. I couldn't think of a better time to update this image in honour of his last match for Connacht.

John Muldoon is a hero of Irish Sport. A true role model for the game. I wish him and his young family the best of luck in the next stage of his career. Connacht couldnt have asked for a better Captain. #ThanksMul
