Salthill Beach

I drew this last summer on the beach in Salthill Galway. I'm working out there at the moment with an Animation Company called  'A Man & Ink.' When It was warm enough I used to have my lunch on the beach everyday and watch the birds and other wildlife...Funnily enough when I draw up a new preparatory sketch for a watercolour the rough pencils they are usually quite free and very messy...It's only when I watercolour them back in the studio that I refine the design and take my time to paint as neatly as possible...Hope Ya Like! : )
